Wayne Edmunds
Chief Executive
Wayne Edmunds was appointed a director and Chief Financial Officer on 1 June 2009 and became Chief Executive on 24 March 2011. He was formerly CFO of Invensys Process Systems, having joined the Group from Reuters America, Inc. He previously held senior financial roles in the technology sector, including 17 years at Lucent Technologies, Inc.

David Thomas
Chief Financial Officer
David Thomas joined Invensys in 2002 as Group Controller, having previously been a senior partner in Ernst & Young specialising in long-term industrial contracting businesses. At Invensys he has worked across many of our businesses and has held CFO and CEO roles within the former divisions. He was latterly SVP Business Risk with responsibility for risk management across the Group and additional responsibility for the Group´s pension schemes. He is a member of the Auditing Practices Board.

Victoria Hull
Chief Legal Officer
Appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel in July 2001. Previously, Victoria was General Counsel, Company Secretary and Executive Director of Telewest Communications plc. Prior to that, Victoria was a solicitor in the corporate finance department of Clifford Chance.

Michael Caliel
CEO and President, Software and Industrial Automation
Mike Caliel is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Invensys’ Software and Industrial Automation businesses. Prior to this, he served as CEO and President of the former Invensys Operations Management division. With more than 25 years of industry experience, he rejoined Invensys in January 2012 from Houston-based Integrated Electrical Services, Inc where he was CEO. He originally joined Invensys in 1993 and progressed to become president of Invensys Process Systems from 2001 to 2006. Prior to Invensys, he held senior roles at Honeywell and ABB.

Ravi Gopinath, Ph.D.
President, Software Business
Ravi Gopinath is President of Invensys’ Software business, having previously served as president of Invensys Operations Management, Asia Pacific. He joined Invensys from engineering and technology specialist Geometric Ltd, where he was MD and CEO. With 20 years of industry experience, he began his career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), progressing through various executive roles before setting up and running TCS’s Engineering and Industrial Services business.

Gary Freburger
President, Systems Business
Gary Freburger is President of Invensys’ Systems business. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the former Invensys Operations Management division. In addition to that role, he also served as interim President of the company’s North America region. Before that, he was Chief Operating Officer of Invensys plc and prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, global operations, for Invensys Controls. Before joining Invensys, he spent 26 years at Honeywell Electronic Materials and Honeywell (AlliedSignal) Aerospace.

Rob Rennie
President, Energy Controls Business
Rob Rennie is President of Invensys’ Energy Controls business. With over 20 years’ experience at Invensys, he is responsible for all of the company’s industrial, commercial, residential controls and monitoring businesses, including Eurotherm, IMServ, Eliwell, Drayton, Eberle and Centeron.

Mark Balcunas
President, Appliance Business
Mark is President of Invensys’ Appliance business. Prior to this, he served as CEO and President of the former Invensys Controls division from September 2007. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Invensys Controls Appliance segment. He joined what became Invensys Controls in 1979.

Steve Devany
Head of Corporate Communications
Steve joined Invensys in 2004 and is responsible mainly for investor and public relations. He had previously spent four years in a similar role at Tomkins and eight years as Head of Corporate Affairs for Hilton Group.

Liam Weston
Chief Human Resources Officer
Liam joined Invensys in January 2006 as the director of human resources for Invensys Process Systems, serving as the human resource business partner to the chief financial officer. In April 2007, he became senior vice president, talent, HR strategy and corporate groups for Invensys plc, serving as the human resource business partner to the company’s chief financial, human resources, operating and legal officers. Prior to his appointment as Chief Human Resources Officer, Liam was senior vice president, HR, for the former Invensys Operations Management division. With more than 20 years of human resources experience, Liam joined Invensys from the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company.
