David Thomas - Chief Financial Officer
David Thomas joined Invensys in 2002 as Group Controller, having previously been a senior partner in Ernst & Young specialising in long-term industrial contracting businesses. At Invensys he has worked across many of our businesses and has held CFO and CEO roles within the divisions. He was latterly SVP Business Risk with responsibility for risk management across the Group and additional responsibility for the Group´s pension schemes. He is a member of the Auditing Practices Board.

Michael Caliel - CEO and President, Invensys Operations Management
Michael “Mike” Caliel is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Invensys Operations Management division of Invensys plc. Caliel has more than 25 years of industry experience, most recently as the chief executive officer of Houston, Texas-based Integrated Electrical Services, Inc., a publically traded provider of electrical and communications solutions for the domestic commercial, industrial and residential markets. He rejoined Invensys in January 2012, having served as the president of Invensys Process Systems from 2001 to 2006. Prior to his chief executive role at IPS, Caliel served as president of the company’s North America, Europe and Middle East regions, as well as President of the company’s Americas region and Vice President, North America Operations. He came to Invensys in 1993, initially as the Southwest Regional Manager, before assuming the position of Vice President of Sales in 1995. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y., and serves on the board of HelpingaHero.org

Kevin Riddett - CEO and President, Invensys Rail
Kevin Riddett was appointed President and CEO of Invensys Rail in April 2011 transitioning from his former role of Chief Operations Officer of the division. He joined Invensys Rail as President of the Company’s North American business in November 2008. Previously, he held a number of senior leadership positions within Pirelli, including President/CEO of their Global Fibre Optic business and President/CEO of their North American Cable and Systems division. Prior to Pirelli, he spent eight years as President/CEO of Union Switch & Signal, a major player in the North American rail signalling and control market.

Mark Balcunas - CEO and President, Invensys Controls
Appointed September 2007. Before this appointment, Mark served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Invensys Controls Appliance segment. He joined what became Invensys Controls in 1979. Mark holds a Bachelors of Science degree in marketing and management from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana.

Steve Devany - Head of Corporate Communications
Steve joined Invensys in 2004 and is responsible mainly for investor and public relations. He had previously spent four years in a similar role at Tomkins and eight years as Head of Corporate Affairs for Hilton Group. He holds a masters degree in mathematics from Cambridge University.
