Our Values

In defining our Invensys Values, we pulled from the strong cultures that already existed and reflected how our people said they wanted to behave and be treated as Invensys team members.  Once created, the Invensys Values expressed how we conduct business and how we work with each other, our customers and all the people who interact with Invensys.  As a credit to our people, the Values of Agility, Innovation, Integrity and Performance were eagerly accepted and our employees continue to be passionate about their application in their roles within Invensys.
