Corporate Governance
Invensys is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance. The Corporate Governance section in the current Annual Report describes how the Company has applied the principles and complied with the provisions of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance issued by the Financial Reporting Council in 2006 (“the Combined Code”).
Environmental Health and Safety
Health and safety are intrinsic to our operations and our value propositions. We hold ourselves accountable for safeguarding the health and safety of our employees, contractors and visitors to our sites
We employ dedicated Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) leaders who are responsible for driving EHS&S performance in specific regions within the business groups. We continually raise awareness of safety issues among employees and provide relevant training to all employees. We set targets and objectives for safety performance and measure our progress on a continual basis. Our EHS&S Management System establishes the expectations across all our operations. We evaluate our performance with audits and assessments, and recognize both individual and organizational achievements.
