The Invensys Code of Conduct is the central element of the Invensys Compliance Programme. It reflects our commitment to acting with integrity and in accordance both with local law and our own legal and ethical standards. It also sets out many of the principles of our approach to corporate citizenship, including our commitment to environmental responsibility, workplace safety and a diverse workforce. The Code of Conduct applies to all employees in every part of the world, and is also intended to act as a guide to acceptable and unacceptable business conduct by agents, suppliers and customers.
