Paulett Eberhart appointed CEO and President of Invensys Process Systems

Invensys plc announces that Paulett Eberhart has been appointed CEO and
President of Invensys Process Systems (IPS), its industrial automation business
group.

Paulett was previously with EDS, the global technology services company, which
she joined in 1978. She held a number of senior roles within EDS, latterly as
President of its largest operating unit, the Americas. Other roles included
Senior Vice President and President, solutions consulting and Senior Vice
President, information solutions. She currently serves on the Boards of Advanced
Micro Devices, Inc (AMD), Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and Solectron
Corporation.

Paulett holds a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and is a
member of the Financial Executives Institute and American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants.
