Notification of change to Director's details



In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R Invensys plc notifies that Ulf
Henriksson, Chief Executive of Invensys plc, has agreed to join the Board of
Hexagon AB as a non-executive director with effect from 2 May 2007; the
appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Hexagon AB AGM to be held
on that day.



Hexagon AB, headquartered in Sweden, is a global technology group with strong
market positions within measurement technologies, polymers and key components.
 The group has 8,200 employees in 30 countries. Net sales during 2006 totalled
13,469 MSEK.
