Invensys plc announces that application has been made to The UK Listing
Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 590,000 Invensys
plc Ordinary shares of 10p each under the Invensys 1998 Senior Executive Long
Term Incentive Plan, to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to
the Official List upon issuance.
