Invensys completes Cimnet acquisition on schedule and will integrate acquisition
into its Wonderware Business Unit

Further to the announcement on 3 May 2007, Invensys plc today announced that it
has now completed the $24 million acquisition of Cimnet, Inc. (OTC BB: CIMK), a
Manufacturing Execution System ("MES") software company based in Pennsylvania,
USA, and this acquisition is being fully integrated into its Wonderware software
business unit.

Cimnet's MES technology is being integrated with Invensys' open industry
standard based, ArchestrA technology, to ensure rapid deployment and ease of use
by the large Invensys and Wonderware installed base of over 100,000 plants
around the world.  The merged MES technologies resulting from this acquisition
will become part of many of the Process Systems integrated offerings, including
InFusion, the world's first Enterprise Control System.
