Invensys plc notifies that the following grants of Awards under the Invensys plc Deferred Share Plan were made on 24 July 2008 in respect of Invensys plc ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares"), to the following directors:
Mr Ulf Henriksson received an award over 95,644 Shares
Mr Steve Hare received an award over 54,836 Shares
These Share awards relate to the above-target element of bonus payable under the Company's Executive Bonus Plan for 2007/08, which is satisfied in deferred shares. No consideration was paid by either Mr Henriksson or Mr Hare for the grant of these awards. The Shares under award will normally be released following the third anniversary of grant.
