Further to the announcement released on Wednesday 17 March 2010 Invensys plc notifies that the conditional share awards granted under the Invensys plc Deferred Share Plan were incorrectly stated. The correct number of shares is as follows:
Mr Ulf Henriksson was granted an award over 104,298 Shares
Mr Wayne Edmunds was granted an award over 47,697 Shares
As previously stated, these Shares will vest, subject to the terms of that plan, in June 2013. No consideration was paid by either Mr Henriksson or Mr Edmunds for the grant of these awards.
