Invensys plc notifies that, in connection with payment of a proportion of bonus for the financial year to 31 March 2010, the following grants of conditional share awards under the Invensys plc Deferred Share Plan were made on 17 June 2010 in respect of Invensys plc ordinary shares of 10p each, to the following directors:
Mr Ulf Henriksson received an award of 20,193 ordinary shares of 10p each
Mr Wayne Edmunds received an award of 9,234 ordinary shares of 10p each
No consideration was paid by either Mr Henriksson or Mr Edmunds for the grant of these awards. The vesting of these awards is subject to continued employment. 100% of the award will be released following the third anniversary of the date of grant.
