Invensys plc announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing and an option arrangement totalling 2,047,867 Ordinary shares of 10p each ("the Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The Shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company. Of these Shares 1,500,000 will be issued under the Invensys 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan; 12,577 will be issued under the 2007 CEO Special Award; and 535,290 will be issued under an option arrangement.
