Invensys executives participate in roundtable on South American chemical industry

Executives discuss strategic vision, global chemical supply chain security and Operational Excellence issues facing the Chemical industry

Invensys Process Systems executives, along with leaders from other major companies, participated in Chemical Week’s recent Annual Executive Roundtable conference held in Sao Paulo, Brazil. 

The forum brought South American CEO’s, presidents, and managers together to discuss issues facing the global chemical industry.  Roundtable discussions included competitiveness of the Brazilian Chemical and Petrochemical industry, supply chain management realities, and dealing with global uncertainties such as management of natural disasters, terrorism, business collapses, and the Operational Excellence.

This, the second in Chemical Week’s series of round-tables, was held on December 8, 2005.  Executive from Invensys’ Brazilian organization participating in the roundtable included Francisco Casulli, Managing Director, Luiz Sussumu, Commercial Director, and Mauricio Kurcgant, Technical Director.
