Completion of sale of APV and Firex Safety Division

Further to the announcements on 31 October 2007 and 21 December 2007, Invensys announces that it has completed the sale of APV to SPX Corporation for £250 million and the sale of the Firex Safety Division to UTC for $44 million, both effective on 31 December 2007.
