Annual General Meeting
Posted 13 July 2012Invensys plc is holding its 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) this morning at 11.00am at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE.
This year’s AGM has been brought forward by two weeks to avoid transport issues around the London Olympic Games. As a result, no trading update will be provided today and the First Quarter Interim Management Statement will be issued on Thursday 26 July 2012 in accordance with our normal reporting timetable.
