Circular to Shareholders and Notice of General Meeting

The Company has today published the Circular to Shareholders and Notice of General Meeting regarding the Proposed Disposal of Invensys Rail to Siemens A.G. and Amendment to the Invensys 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan on its website http://www.invensys.com/en/isys/publications/presentations/invensys-rail-disposal.aspx

The General Meeting will be held at 11am on Wednesday 19 December 2012 at Holborn Bars, 138-142 Holborn, London EC1N 2NQ.

Copies of the Circular and Notice of General Meeting have been posted to Shareholders today, 30 November 2012.

In conformity with Listing Rule 9.6.1R and Listing Rule 9.6.3R, Invensys plc confirms that the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm:
